Customization is available only on our existing jersey styles. We do not claim to create or produce any jersey style, design, team identity, league design, or brand-owned design without limitation.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, images, and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device or monitor will display colors exactly as they appear in person.

SECTION 6 – ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, shipping carrier, holidays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the time stated on our website. If a shipping delay occurs, we may contact you with updated information, and we will handle delayed orders in accordance with applicable United States consumer protection laws.

If your item arrives with a quality issue, production mistake, or incorrect shipment, please contact us within 30 business days after receiving the order.

Some customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue, production mistake, or incorrect shipment. This includes, but is not limited to, jerseys customized with names, numbers, team logos, or other personal details.

Returned items, when eligible, must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

To help us review your request, please provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos if the request involves a defective item, incorrect item, or production mistake.

SECTION 9 – CANCELLATIONS

Because customized items may begin production soon after an order is placed, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.

If your order has not entered production, we will do our best to cancel or modify it.

Once an order has entered production, cancellation may not be possible. Customized items may be subject to a customization or restocking fee, depending on the production status.
